I started of with some Yoga today (after a long, long break) and I feel magnificent.
Just what I needed. A little exercise in the morning gives you so much more energy – I always forget about that :)
Well, good that it came back in my mind, right?! I will definitely be doing this for a while from now on – Promis to myself!
